运行机制

由于ISP的电子邮件服务器是24h在线服务的，所以只要连接到邮件服务器，则可以在任何时间来收发电子邮件，而没必要担心对方是否同时在线。同样换一台计算机或换一个地点后也可以正常地收发电子邮件，只要能够提供正确的账号。
